Ladies, so you have sacrificed, worked hard, took a lot of crap from the men, got the corporate Head Quarters only to find out that the good ole boy network is alive and well. Now you feel trapped, Read on as you have options.
I will never you know why most women settle on working for only 10% of your worth! No really, think about that for a minute. When you are working for Corporate America, you are stuck and the higher you go the more they have you. They pay you just enough to keep you from leaving and your current liabilities (home, car, life style) keeps you working for Corporate America. Sadly one of my best friends just retired (he is much older than me 
) and spent 30 years with the company but was treated like his retirement was no big deal. After making this company hundreds of millions of dollars in those 30 years, he received a slap in the face…that was it for me. No more working for peanuts (even though there were many, many peanuts) it is not worth it. So after 30 years of corporate head aches he is now battling for his life with a very serious illness. Don’t give Corporate America the best years of your life. You must start now, before it is too late.
Stop and put a price on your worth. What are you worth per month? List all the sacrifices that you currently make for the Corporation and compare that with your monetary gains. I spent over 12 years in Corporate America. Most of that time was as an Executive in a Fortune 50 Company and I can tell you that the sacrifices are NOT worth it. I was working so hard that I could not see the price I was paying, nor build the wealth that I and my family deserved, but those days are gone. Times are great.
Let me guess, if I asked you what your tax reduction strategy was you would say, “What is that?”? If you are making your money solely as an employee, then you are working until May to pay the Government. Guess what…it soon will by June. That’s right, health care, rising food, fuel, utilities and taxes will soon have you working until June to pay your taxes. Your taxes will be your largest expense in your lifetime. The time for change is now.
Why do you allow yourself to be taken for granted. If you are working in a Corporation then chances are you have the skills to start your own home based business. Grab a Global Mentor and get going on your home based business. Choose wisely as the scammers alive and well. Do be scared just make sure you do your research.
What are you doing to prepare for higher costs on fuel, food, clothes, utilities and more that is coming down the hill like a freight train? If you do nothing, you just took a 15% pay cut. This on top of your tax base is out outrageous, yet people going to be caught in this trap soon. Most Americans can see the squeeze coming or are feeling the squeeze now, but what they do not see is the fact that with these increases Corporations will need to outsource even more to maintain profit margins which translates to layoffs. What are you doing to beef up your emergency fund? Do not wait until it is too late.
Go head give yourself a raise. Oh, I forgot you are an employee and cannot do this. If you do not have a home based business then you are being left behind. Without multiple streams of income, you are a prisoner to the Corporate World. You have the power to change this now, but will you. You can no longer say, “If I only knew of a way to create wealth”, because your opportunity just knocked. Will you answer the door or continue to be a hostage??
Stop and figure out the true cost of your j.o.b. (just over broke). No matter how much money you make as an employee your chances living a financially secure life and helping those around you is next to 1%. If Las Vegas had those kind of odds, it would be a ghost town, yet everyday people continue to do the same actions with their heads in the sands while going towards retire in terrible financial shape. Do not let this be you. Your family deserves much better.
It is called the Law of Action. Working for a Corporation is not action, it is following. That is why you are paid peanuts. I know I used to be an Executive in a Fortune 50 Company and thought I was making great money….How wrong I was. I was too busy to see that true Wealth is open to all but you must take action.
