So You want to go into business for yourself? The payoffs could prove to be greater than being an employee. You won’t be under any boss or supervisor and no company dictates. You can work where you want and decide when you start and end your day. You can take a vacation at anytime of the year and as often as you choose. You can give yourself pay raises when you decide and not have to ask anyone for approval.
Most people when often frustrated with their day jobs imagine having their own business. They visualize having a life of luxury and nobody dictating where and when they work. But the real world begins to sink in once they realize it might take more work and dedication than they are willing to put in to have a successful business.
Not having to answer to anyone you decide when you work and when you play. But a dedicated entrepreneur will work even when the temptation to join others in play is overwhelming. They know the success of their business is dependent on their time and dedication they give to it.
Entrepreneurs tend to be focused on their goals and work diligently to accomplish them. They are as passionate about their business as they are with their hobbies or sports. They are more than willing to invest long hours into the beginning stages of their business as they are focused on long term results.
Whether its work or play there seems to be no difference for a thriving entrepreneur. They often will sacrifice personal needs putting in long hours to fulfill what is needed for the company.
If you think that an entrepreneur is nothing more than an unemployed hope-to-get-rich-someday wannabe. Then you are sadly mistaken. They are risk takers yes but not careless decision makers. They are not willing to foolishly spend unnecessary money, time, or dedication to anything that points to definite loss.
Failure is not an option for an entrepreneur. Triumph is their only motto. Irregardless of the number of defeats or difficulties they keep their eye on the goal and let everything else fall by the wayside. Entrepreneurs are usually thought of as people who care about nothing more than money. Far from true. The desire for millions reaches out way beyond just their own nest. They can contribute in ways and to multitudes that would never be possible with just a wage job. Yes they will have nice houses, cars and other luxuries well deserved for sure but you can be sure there are many others profiting from their sacrifices as well.
The majority of people are lazy they go to work , pick up their paycheck and then plop in front of the TV or some game console. They are only concerned with themselves. Daily they grip about their jobs and think about their pie-in-the-sky life they wish they could have. To the entrepreneur this is a waste of time and foolishness to just wish and hope with no action to support it. They are far from selfish and their generosity with their money, time, commitment is truly an understatement. Do you desire to be an entrepreneur? Can you commit to changing the lives of others and the responsibilities that come with that sacrifice? Then you will be rewarded beyond what you ever thought possible. So roll up your sleeves and get ready for hard work and a lot of compensation in return.
