In part 1 of my Six minutes to Success journal, we talked about whether self improvement programs were worth their time and effort.
The question arises as to would the same amount of people become successful even if they did not follow self help ideas and programs? Certainly there is no way to answer this. Although it becomes scary to think what life would be like if we had no hope of improving ourselves.
Yet again I ask, why do only a few make it, while the vast majority who try never accomplish much. I guess if anyone really new the answer, everyone could become successful. The Secret Movie claimed to have the answer, yet how many millions viewed the movie, with no positive results?
I guess this poses the question Is success an individual process for each of us?. Is there no one real path that everyone of us can follow and be guaranteed success? I prefer to accept this way of thinking. It allows us to understand why so many do not succeed, yet it allows us to believe that we still have a chance at success.
For many life is awesome and this is where I believe Six Minutes To Success comes in. While most self Improvement programs, book, audios and DVDs claim they know the way, not Bob Proctors Six Minutes to Success. His videos let you know there is a path, not this is the way and you must follow it.
Certainly the material Bob Proctor offers is similar to many other programs, books and DVDs available, the method is far from the same old techniques. By sending you daily videos, he opens your mind and causes you to think and do what you need to do, not what someone else is telling you will work.
Will Six Minutes to Success make you a success? No, unless you see it in a different light then you have other self improvement information in the past. You need to focus on finding your own path by really thinking about the questions being asked of you.
We are now back to asking does self-help and self-improvement work? Yes and no. For those who do not try probably not. For those who try and give up, probably not. For those who try and keep trying, maybe. I would like to say certainly, but both you and I know that is a lie.
In an effort to help myself and to help others I have created a public mastermind to discuss these question. Information can be found on my website at 30 wasted years. Participating in Six Minutes to Success is helpful but not needed to be part of the discussion.
