My Lead System Pro - The Magic Formula

My first 6 months in My Lead System Pro I did not recruit 1 single soul into my network marketing company. The next 180 days I sponsored 103 reps. What’s the difference? Simply put, I started using the system the way it was meant to be used. I want to show you how do the same so you can enroll with ease.

The first thing you’ll want to do as you sign up new members is call and welcome them to My Lead System Pro. This is where you’ll take the opportunity to build a relationship with them by asking them questions, listening and getting to know them a little bit. If you do this properly, sometimes you’ll see that people are open to switching companies right off the bat.

After you get to know them a little, you’ll want to give them some direction. Instruct them that they have to get their system set up BEFORE they can even think about marketing so this is priortiy #1. Tell them to complete steps 1 and 2 in the MLSP “getting started” section and call you back.

I usually tell my prospects that magnetic sponsoring is not mandatory but highly recommended. In making this simple suggestion, my prospects usually buy the book and this puts a twenty dollar bill in my pocket. So, by now you’ve made around 10 bucks for the introductory MLSP membership and $20 for the Magnetic sponsoring ebook.

Pretty cool to have your prospects paying you to prospect them eh?

Are you ready for the best part?

When your prospect calls you back just before they are going to set up their primary program, you need to handle this correctly. Do it right and sponsoring is easy. Do it wrong and you’ll miss the opportunity to sign up a new business partner.

Explain to them that they are to the point where they’ll put in their primary program presentation. Primary Program is just another word for their network marketing company.

Then say this… “Pierre, let me ask you a question. Are you open to looking at ways to generate income outside of XYZ Company?”

Surprisingly enough, most people are open to looking at ways to generate income. Especially network marketers. So, now you’ll just direct them to your company sales presentation which is conveniently located in your prospects MLSP System.

But what it they say “no, they are not open”,.

You can then say something like this. “You know what Pierre, I completely understand and respect you for your focus. You must be focused to make money in this industry. That being said, you still need to see a presentation that sponsors high numbers of distributors inside the My Lead System Pro system. My presentation does just that. What I want you to do is watch my presentation and take some notes as to how you would like to put your presentation together.

If you do this, 100% of your MLSP signups will watch your company presentation whether they are open or not.

If you have a good presentation, even the prospects who were not initially open will join your company.

As you can see, sponsoring new business partners inside the My Lead System Pro system can be incredibly simple if you follow this simple game plan.
